I have just purchased a 2000 Lincoln Continental there and you could not ask for better treatment or service anywhere. I arrived at least 3 hours late to view the car but when I phone Sam on his cell phone he did not hesitate to tell me where I could come see the car. I test drove the car after 10pm that evening and gave a deposit right there. We made arrangements to finish the deal a couple days later but I had a problem, my check was going to be late. When I phoned Sam to inform him he simply said things happen and we rescheduled the appointment

You just dont know how much I appreciate that. You took care of all the details and when the heating malfunctioned you took care of that yourself. Just a note to let you know we have not forgotten you. We are the crazy people who drove from Gravenhurst to Ottawa last November in the first snowstorm of the year.
I was supposed to send you pictures that we took there that day, but I do not know how, and now my computer is giving me problems.
Anyway, I still keep your website on my computer, and the pictures of our car are still there.
We love the car, even if it is a big boat, and takes up more space in the parking lot than the others.
We know it is supposed to be a lovely, luxury car, but we use it for everything. It has carried beds on the roof, and even gyproc home from the store tied on to the roof.
We feel like Muskoka Rednecks sometimes, but that is okay.
We still do not have an English manual, which is kind of a problem, because we do not read French, and there are still some things we do not know how to set up.
We just wanted to let you know that after eight months, our brand new 97 is still our pride and joy. Thanks to you and your son for your service last November. It is much appreciated. Sincerely, | |
